Virtual Appointments
We recognize that there may be barriers to accessing mental health services. To help alleviate these barriers we also offer virtual appointms.
The flexibility of virtual appointments may appeal to you if you have a busy schedule, struggle with finding child care, or simply prefer to meet in the comfort of your own home.

Virtual therapy also affords you the ability to have a larger selection of therapists to choose from. This helps ensure you find the right therapist for you.
